HIRAN DE MEL
DIRECTOR
Hiran has over 15 years of experience in several industries in the application of technology to enable and simplify people’s everyday life. Specialising in customer facing project delivery, he has assumed key leadership, design, project management and technical support roles.
From a young age, he has always been a problem solver, thinking outside of the square to get the job done and be part of the solution.
His educational journey includes a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology majoring in Networking and a recent achievement of a Masters of Business Administration, with a specialised focus on Cyberlaw.
Outside of work, he enjoys his family time, catching up with his friends, gym and sports.
ARNOLD SRINIVAS
DIRECTOR
Arnold’s passion for technology began at the age of 7 when he discovered his instant fascination after destroying the family computer. Curiosity for the world of IT grew from there which led him to start his official career in 2009.
Since then, he has developed his skills and knowledge in various branches including Support management, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, as well as mastering the ins and outs of Microsoft, across several Industries such as Med-Tec, Management Consulting and Scientific and Manufacturing. More recently, Arnold has led organisational-wide transformations at a global scale, helping bridge the gap between People and Technology.
Outside of Synapse8, Arnold is a mentor for other MBA students, an advocate for sustainable living and regularly volunteers his time to assist small businesses in embracing technologies to enable them to grow and flourish.
